I am a very big fan of Amy Sedaris' Vanilla Cupcake recipe. Domestic Yum
I have been cooking, hoorah! It is nice to have time, energy, and supplies to do real food making, instead of eating on Kirkwood several times a week (ohhh... Greek's and Chipotle, I cannot say I miss you much).

Today is entering into "best day ever" territory:- The weather is just about perfect. I don't know what was thrown into the air/wind/heat mix, but there's something in it that makes it warm, but cool enough to be comfortable outside. It's bliss.
